My Success Story
Well most of you on here already know me and what I do, but for those of you who don't here's alittle insight. I am a proud mommy of 3, Kaylana; 11 yrs old, Kolbie; 5 yrs old and Addie; 4 yrs old. I am happily married to the best man I could ever ask for, he is quite supportive in every decision I make or do, and to top it off he loves me for my inside, now the reason for me sayin that is, back in 2004 when we got together I was about 155 lbs and in a size 13 jean (yes there is gonna be major details cause I want you all to know how I was up till now) wearin a size 36 large D almost DD bra. Yeah I still had alittle bit of a pooch from havin my first daughter but all in all I was content with how I looked at that time, well I still wanted to lose alittle but not in all that much of a hurry. OK so we didn't wait too long before we started to have kids but unfortunately I had miscarried a set of twins so with that an the DNC, not to mention stress of losing a child, I had gained 20 lbs. I than got pregnant with our son, my weight was 176, he was born in Dec 2005, my weight at that time was 204, wow, yeah I know. Now we wanted to have another baby but thought to wait till our son was over a year or 2. Well, no that didn't work out. I found out I was 6 wks pregnant with our daughter when he was only 10 mo, my weight 198, I swear I had just started to drop and than bamm here comes another one, lol, so our daughter was born in May 2007, my weight 224, but she was a 10 lbs baby so I give myself alittle credit lol.
Naturally NO I didn't start to get rid of the lbs right away, most of us mom's don't, especially when you have 3 lil monster's, Oh an did I mention that I am also a stay at home mom, a Nina(god mom), an Auntie and a Yaya(mother of all children) meaning of all my title's you ask, well I am like the daycare for them all, on an off, only once in a while I will have them all (9+mine) an I enjoy them all. So of course I'm thinkin that all this weight will just start coming off with all the running and chasing that I do. YEAH NOT! Think again, they (Dr's) call that a normal routine and that your body don’t consider that exercise, Yeah I know, I was like uh hello I sweat my A** off and I am so tired and sore at the end of the day. But no, so I figured it was time to get my big butt into gear. Cause I was in a size 15-16 jean XXL shirts and a 38 DD-DDD.
OK so I tried to do the whole exercise 3-4x's a wk in 2008 watch what I eat, which was so hard, I LOVE food, I have Japanese in me and I have a Islander Family, so yeah can't pass up the food, BUT I tried I did this for like 5 weeks and I lost like 5 lbs so like any other normal person I was like, Hell no I am not killin and starvin myself for a pinch of weight to come off. So like anyone else I Stopped. Well than got tired of tryin to fit into clothes YUCK. So here comes another DIET. Relecore, take 2 pills 3x a day, did that for about 4 wks along with watch what I eat and exercise. Well once again alittle discouraged when I only lost 2 lbs. SO now I’m done like anyone else, just don’t want to go through the strain and hungry of dieting.
Now the famous New Year Revolution LOL, yeah don't make one, really. I tried to stick to it this time, since I never could in the past. I started on my first diet, starting weight; 200, all top romen with water and Hydroxycut, taking 2 pills 3x a day, along with exercise, 3 weeks later I lost 12 lbs, YAY, BUT was so sick, Dr’s note; No nutrition, so no more of that, but I did continue with the exercise and pills for another 3 wks, in which I gained 2 lbs back. I seen a different weight loss pill that I wanted to try, got it and started, 2 pills 2x a day and 4 weeks later lost 3 lbs but I was still always hungry and did not want to do another crunch or leg lift again. I told my husband that I didn’t want to try no more pills and I was done that it was just hopeless, he said if that ‘s what I wanted to do it was up to me, but with that I wanted to try it without pills. Counting calories, yeah that’s some hard stuff, but I let up on the 3-4 days a week exercising and did it 2-3 days a week. By April I was tired, beat and HUNGRY. DONE DONE DONE!!!!
My sister told me I had to try a pill that a friend of hers was taking and is losing tons of weight on. I told her NO MORE PILLS. The next week she told me to just try it and if it doesn’t work than be done but to just give her suggestion a try. So I did and I am so thankful that I did.
Starting out at a weight of 195 lbs, yes I gained some back when I stopped, sad I know, taking 1 pill in the morning with my cup of my homemade Mocha coffee and in my first week I noticed I wasn’t hungry all the time and when I was I couldn’t finish my whole plate and believe me my mouth said keep eating but my stomach was tellin me STOP or your gonna be sick. I lost 4 lbs in just my first week, I was like OMG this is awesome. In 3 weeks I had lost a total of 13 lbs. I was amazed and I also could tell in my clothes that I was also losing inches. OH did I mention that I was NOT watching what I ate or working out. YEAH I know I was IN LOVE. So I told a few friends about it and you will see a few of their blogs on here too but they all are lovin it too, losing weight like it’s nothing, everyone doing different things and with different body types but all with the same outcome LOSING WEIGHT IN A TIMELY MANNER. I am Now 42lbs lighter 4 months later and between a size 8-9 pants, Med to Large shirts and a 36 D, OH and my weight =) 153 lbs, less than I was 5 years ago.
So if this story or any of the other ones you’ve read don’t convince you that this works I don’t know what to tell ya. lol. All I’m sayin is, I’m a normal person and if I can do it without spending a arm and a leg SO CAN YOU!!!
