What's the best way to order?

The Best way is whatevers easiest for you.. You can pay online with your Card or pay in person with Cash... Me personally online is easiest..

How many pills come in a Box?

30 pills, a 1 month supply, you only take one a day.

Where can I pick my order up? 

I have 2 locations on my website on the ordering page, where I will meet for pick ups. Due to Gas Prices that is the best I can do.. Now there are times where I am out doing errands that I will meet somewhere else, in that case it's best to text me and see...

What are your pick up times?

I don't have specific times.. I work from home and a mom of 3, so I'm pretty flexible... We can work together on what works best for the both of us..

Do I have to pay online if I'm picking up my order?

No you don't have to pay online... Now if I am having a Big Sale and have another Shipment in Route, than yes that would be best to ensure that you get your order... 

How do I order if I'm picking it up and want to pay Cash?

You can either send me an email or text me, letting me know that you would like to place an order an how many you would like.. Than we will set the place and time..

Do you ship?

Yes I do, both domesic and internationally.. United States it's only $5 for S&h... Internationally. Please email me about  your order before you order, so we can go over Shipping fees...

Does your specials include the S&H?

No they do not... But once you place your order it will have it included in the total price..

How do I know when I will receive my Order?

When your order is Shipped, you will receive an email, the same email you used to place the order, with your tracking #. You can follow your order till it hits your door. =)

What company do you work for?

I do not work for a company.. I work for myself.. I find it easier that way.. =)

Do you have a manager if I have any problems?

LOL... If you have any problems, I am the manager, supervisor, Owner and Only person you can talk too.. =) But I don't forsee any problems..

How do you do refunds?

Refunds are available with reason... I can only except Unopened Boxes for a refund.. But if you are needing a refund for any reason.. Lets talk and I'm sure we can work something out.. =)

Does your boxes have the Anti-Forgery Label on the side? 

Yes they do... you can check them here.

Can I send you an eCheck payment?

Yes you can. It usually takes about 3-5 days for me to receive the money. So I can't send out your order until the eCheck clears..

How long does it take to get my Order?

2-3 business days.. I send your order out, depending of Sales and Stock, within 24-48 hrs.. and with Priority Mail, it takes 2-3 days to get to you.. All depending on where you are located at.. =)

Having issues with your wt loss? Please ask yourself these questions...

Are you taking any Medications? Some Meds are not compatible with this supplement. Periods? Regular or Not? During a Menstrual cycle, don't be discouraged, you may not lose any weight or you may lose less than your use too.. This can be caused by the bleeding, how heavy it is and clotting.. You should be back to normal after your through.. Are your drinking lots of fluids? Not doing so can slow down your weight loss process... You need to stay well hydrated while doing any kind of Diet.. Are you eating a adequate amount of calories?  Your matabolism has just been boosted, it needs fuel for that energy. If you are not taking in enough calories for it to burn off than it can't help burn what you already have.. Now this doesn't mean go out and eat Take out Everyday.. Just make sure your eating anywhere from 3-6 times a day..
